Where can I download the items I have puchased?

When you purchased a downloadable item, it will be available in the Downloads section of My Account. 

What is my account login?

The login for your account is the email address that you made your purchase with.  If you have not logged in before, you may need to click “Forgot Password” in order to create a password for that account.  

The item I purchased was a pre-order. When will I get my download?

On release day of that item, please check the  Downloads section of My Account. 

I want to listen to this on my phone and I use Spotify, what do I do?
